Ritual Design Consultation

You know your chart. You still feel lost about what to actually do with it.

Most astrology stops at the level of insight. You learn your placements, you nod along, and then Tuesday morning arrives and none of it tells your body what to do. This consultation exists for the gap between knowing and living.

In this 60-minute session, Allie reads your birth chart as a map of your nervous system, not a script for your personality. She'll walk through how your chart shapes the way you regulate, where dysregulation tends to show up in your body, and what your system is actually asking for when it feels overwhelmed or shut down. This is somatic astrology as a practitioner-led ritual craft, not an algorithm and not a horoscope app. It's a real conversation, with a real practitioner, built around your real chart.

From there, you'll build a ritual practice together. Not a generic wellness checklist - a layered, sensory practice, drawing on scent, touch, sound, and movement, designed around what your nervous system actually needs and what you're already carrying in your daily life. Allie will recommend Living Wisdom ritual tools where they genuinely support the practice, and she'll recommend things we don't sell when those are the better fit.

You'll leave the session with clarity, a few specific practices to begin with, and a written Ritual Blueprint delivered afterward, so you will be have something to reference.

• A personalized, multi-sensory ritual practice built with you during the session
• A written Ritual Blueprint delivered afterward, summarizing your nervous system portrait, your recommended practices, and the botanical allies that support them
• Product and practice suggestions tailored to your chart, including options beyond Living Wisdom's own line

Before your session:

You'll receive a short intake form by email a few days ahead of your appointment. It asks about your birth details, your nervous system baseline, and your current relationship with ritual. You're welcome to share only what feels right. There are no wrong answers, and nothing you share is used outside of this session.

A note on medical astrology: this consultation looks at patterns and tendencies through the lens of your birth chart. It is not a medical diagnosis and isn't a substitute for care from a licensed provider.
