At Living Wisdom Apothecary, we understand that anticipation is part of the healing journey. We're committed to getting your carefully crafted herbal allies to you safely, swiftly, and with the same love and intention we put into creating them.

Shipping Information

Processing Time

• Standard Orders: We lovingly pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days
• Custom Blends: After your consultation, custom formulations are handcrafted and shipped within 3-5 business days
• High-Volume Periods: During seasonal shifts and busy periods, processing may extend an additional 1-2 days

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timing

Within the United States:
• Economy Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 5-8 business days
• Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 3-4 business days
• Express Shipping (USPS Priority Express): 1-2 business days

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and may vary based on destination and weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage):
• Orders under $100: Starting at $3.99 for 5 lb or less packages (rates vary by destination)
• Orders $100 and above: FREE standard shipping

Upgraded Shipping:
• Express Mail: Starting at $10.05 for 2 lb or less packages
• Priority Express: Starting at $31.95 for 2 lb+ packages

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. All rates are current as of October 2025.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United States only to ensure the quality and potency of our herbal products during transit. We hope to expand internationally in the future as we grow our apothecary family. Stay tuned for updates!

If you're located outside the US and interested in our products, please email us at info@livingwisdomapothecary.com and we'll add you to our notification list for international shipping updates.

Order Tracking

Once your precious herbal allies are on their way to you, we'll send you:
• Shipping confirmation email with tracking information
• Tracking number so you can follow your package's journey
• Delivery updates through our shipping partners

We recommend tracking your package and being available to receive it, especially during extreme weather conditions.

 

Shipping Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? No worries! Please contact us immediately at info@livingwisdomapothecary.com with your order number and new address.

Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot redirect it.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While rare, sometimes packages encounter challenges on their journey. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery
2. Provide photos of any damaged items or packaging
3. Include your order number and description of the issue

We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your healing allies in perfect condition.

Special Circumstances

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please:
• Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
• Contact us within 48 hours at info@livingwisdomapothecary.com
• Keep all packaging until we've resolved the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Wrong Item Received

Received something different than what you ordered? We apologize for any mix-up! Please:
• Contact us immediately with your order number
• Let us know what you received vs. what you ordered
• We'll send the correct item right away and provide a return label for the incorrect one

Weather-Related Delays

Mother Nature sometimes has her own timeline! During extreme weather:
• Shipping may be delayed beyond our control
• We'll keep you updated on any significant delays
• Your herbal allies are safely waiting and will resume their journey as soon as possible

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some of our herbal creations are sensitive to extreme temperatures:
• Hot weather: We may hold shipments during heat waves to protect product integrity
• Cold weather: Products may arrive with minor changes in appearance but maintain their potency
• Special care: Temperature-sensitive items include salves, oil-based products, and certain tinctures
