The Alchemy
- The Base: Magnesium Chloride Flakes and mineral rich Dead Sea Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt and Dendritic Salt.
- The Botanicals: Passionflower (a classic nervine for relaxation), Mugwort (for visionary states and dream recall), and Blue Cornflower (for an ethereal visual aesthetic).
- The Aromatics: A deeply grounding, ancient blend of Frankincense and Myrrh essential oils.
The Ritual
Place 1/2 to 1 cup of the soak into the reusable cotton bag and hang it directly beneath the faucet. As the hot water flows through the botanicals, the infusion begins. Once the bath is ready, drop the tied bag into the water and soak deeply. As you soak, allow the resins and nervine herbs to soften your defenses and invite your body toward deeper rest.
Crucial: To protect your plumbing, do not empty the loose herbs directly into the tub.
