The 30-Second Reset
Inhaling your anointing oil is one of the quickest ways to shift your mood and nervous system. Why? Because essential oils bypass the conscious mind. When inhaled, the aroma travels directly to the limbic system—the brain's emotional center—allowing for immediate processing and relief.
The "Quick Inhalation" Ritual:
- Activate: Place a small amount of oil in your hands and rub them together to warm the plant spirits.
- Inhale: Cup your hands over your nose. Breathe in deeply while focusing on your intention.
- Reset: Exhale slowly. Repeat three times.

The Aromatic Bath
Transform a mundane routine into a therapeutic escape. Aromatic baths allow you to simultaneously relax the body and absorb the therapeutic properties of the oils. The warm water helps the oils absorb into the skin while releasing the aroma into the air.
Instructions:
- Pour: Add ¼ to ½ of your roller bottle directly into running bathwater.
- Enhance: Add epsom salts or magnesium flakes for deeper grounding.
- Soak: Stay in the water for at least 20 minutes to fully experience the benefits.

Ancient Ayurvedic Wisdom (Abhyanga)
We incorporate the wisdom of Ayurveda, particularly Abhyanga—the ancient ritual of self-massage with warm, herbal-infused oils. This practice demonstrates how plants can nourish not just the skin, but the entire nervous system. For more, see our blog post about the Power of Abhyanga.
